Position Overview

The Pricing Supervisor is responsible for training, directing, staffing and planning the pricing activities of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply advance excel skills to efficiently analyze data, including v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Collaborate with product management and sales team and business development managers to develop knowledge of vertical markets and competitive landscape.
• Subject matter expert in all aspects of pricing within SAP.
• Perform complex analysis across markets, regions, and customers that drive useful pricing recommendations.
• Assign workload leading to a fast, high-quality response for the customer as necessary.
• Create, maintain and enforce all internal procedures and work instructions.
• 管理优秀人才g to skill build in the pricing, order resolution, and customer service teams as needed to enhance team performance.
• Handle internal and external audit requests.
• Routine Price List Maintenance/Field Quote/Promotional Quotes.
• Performance Reviews and Discipline.
• Reporting as requested by management.

Skills and Experience

• Four or more years of pricing experience and/or experience in an equivalent analytical role.
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel, able to create formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables etc.
• Ability to work productively and with a sense of urgency to achieve objectives without constant supervision to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
