Position Overview

Under the direction, or general direction, of the Manager Business Line, this position analyzes materials need, according to forecast, process requirements for material, expedite and get material to manufacturing areas on time to meet production schedules and maintain inventory level at requirements. Sets schedules, establishes priorities and monitors usages to support demands. Performs activities ensuring the accomplishments of production, quality, and cost related objectives for Hubbell Caribe Limited (“HCL”). Adheres to the compliance in the “HCL” for quality product certifications, such as: Underwriters Laboratories, Canadian Standards Association, and compliance with the established Quality System as required by the International Standardization Organization 9002:2000, ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000. Gives complete support to Manufacturing Supervisors, Managers and Associates in activities focused to the promotion, training, maintenance and sustainment of continuous improvement in all processes.

Education, Skills and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Materials Management or Industrial Engineering, Production Planning knowledge, experience with SAP R/3 PP Module, MS Excell experience.
